This class is a one time class and is designed for women. The class will provide education about your pelvic floor/core. The pelvic floor supports the bladder, uterus, vagina and bowels. A brief overview of anatomy, and possible pelvic changes that can happen as a result of pregnancy, childbirth, age, trauma, or non-optimal habits will be covered along with basic exercises.
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Bring a yoga pad or a towel to lay on
- Yoga block
- Low resistance circular exercise resistant band
