This class is designed to provide education about your pelvic floor/core. The pelvic floor supports the bladder, uterus, vagina and bowels. A brief overview of anatomy, and possible pelvic changes that can happen as a result of pregnancy, childbirth, age, trauma, or non-optimal habits will be covered along with basic exercises. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga pad or twin size blanket and a yoga block or small pillow.
