HypnoMothering is a single session, 2.5 hours long.

This class is designed to give new Mothers tools to face the new challenges of Motherhood. It will help you calm anxieties and help you deal with the stresses that come along with Mothering. This class gives you tools to deal with the emotional side effects of having a new baby. It teaches you how to get the most of limited sleep by using hypnosis to provide rest in the absence of sleep, enhancing bonding, developing maternal instincts, finding focus and mindfulness amidst the myriad of feelings that come with being a new mother. It is the way to find the calm in the new baby storm.

This class is held at the Madison Memorial Hospital Education Department at 393 E. 2nd N. RExburg Idaho.  We are NOT at the main hospital
